Papa & Grandma

Ty's dad and stepmom just happened to be in Palm Springs this weekend so on our way out of town we stopped by to say hi. What started as a short visit ended up being some fun in the sun.

KK saw the pool and wanted to check it out. At first she lounged in the chair.

Then she wanted to touch the "agua."

After dipping her fingers in the water, she laid on her belly near the edge of the pool and splashed her hands in the water.

Then she took off her socks and shoes and wanted to stick her toes in the water. I didn't want her to get her jeans wet, so I took off her pants and let her dip her toes in the water. Her and grandma kicked and splashed around.

Before I knew it, her shirt was soaked, so off that went.

KK then got brave and walked on the step. She was climbing in and out of the pool. Over and over again. She was having a blast!

Then she decided to jump on in and grandma and papa took one for the team and swam with KK.

After swimming, KK wanted to sun her buns so she laid out on the lounger.

She wore herself out by playing the pool that she actually took a nap in the car on the way home. Granted it was only 30 minutes, but that is 30 minutes longer than she usually sleeps on road trips!
